Given the downward-spiraling global economy, I thought I’d put this question out there. Do you still print your documentation? If so, and if you don’t mind, please explain the needs you are meeting with print. Are you just now moving away from print, or planning to move away? Is it mainly a cost-savings move or are there other factors involved? If you’ve not been supplying print for a while, how was that received by your customers and have you noticed any kind of a positive or negative impact in doing so?
